JBA - Comments And Email Disclaimer

Email is usually something that is private, but I'm changing things around because I do spend quite a bit of time responding to comments and emails. If you send me a message, the message may be featured in a video. The video may show your real name or your username. If you don't want your name or message to be featured in a video please write it in the message. The contents of the video may or may not answer questions, or reflect the views of any company. The reasons for this simple disclaimer is for possible lawsuits.  The chances of a lawsuit on my side go up when there's enough attention/exposure.  While I'm no web celebrity, all it takes is for one person to be seriously pissed to take legal action.
