Brain Games - Take Ownership

I like things that stir the mind a bit.  One of the latest videos that I have seen is from John Stossel who's a bit different from many reporters out there.

"Because when you own something, you take care of it. When no one owns it, nobody takes cares of it"

I guess that some of the principles shown in the video can be applied to different things... I have a few projects that I know I can apply this on.
