Boundary feedback is what occurs when you scroll through a document using your fingers, reach the end of the document and receive a "bounce". You can disable boundary feedback, although it's not a "must".
How to disable boundary feedback:
- Go into Pen and Touch settings.
- Access through Flicks icon on taskbar.
- Go to Panning tab.
- Uncheck the box that says "Enable boundary feedback for pan gestures".
- Click "Apply" and "OK" buttons.
That bouncy effect is now gone. I did wonder if removing this improved CPU/CPU performance, although it probably does a by a tiny bit.
