Leadership - Listening To Subordinates

The almighty leader knows that he doesn't always have the best answers to solve problems.  Sometimes the puny newb of a subordinate opens his mouth with a few rather clever ideas. Obviously not all suggestions are useful, some are nothing more than noise and time wasters.  Leaders need to keep the vision of the desired outcome of the task.  With the vision in mind it's easier to reduce noise and use what's useful. Happy sailing!
